- College-bound seniors.
- The scholarship money will be sent to the University in which you will enroll.
- Students who receive a full scholarship from another source are not eligible.
- Attend a high school served by CBOA.
- Current participant in interscholastic basketball as a player, cheerleader, manager, or trainer at the Varsity level.
- GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Demonstrates superior leadership and sportsmanship through participation in a range of extracurricular activities, community service, and/or successful work experience.
- Evaluation of a 1 page essay on: "What impact has your participation in basketball had on my educational and career plans?"
