Bookjammin Hoops Scholarship Information

The Cardinal Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization of the Cardinal Basketball Officials Association (CBOA), is pleased to announce the eighteenth year of the "Bookjammin’ Hoops" Basketball Scholarship program. The Foundation, was established by CBOA to provide a mechanism for giving something back to the community served by the Association. Over the years we have awarded over 80 educational scholarship grants totaling more than $151,000 to college-bound seniors who were involved with interscholastic basketball as a player, cheerleader, manager, or student trainer. The program continues through the generous contributions of CBOA members in support of deserving students from schools served by our organization. The objectives of the "Bookjammin Hoops Scholarship Program" are to: - Provide educational scholarships to deserving students involved with interscholastic basketball;
- Provide financial support to existing academic programs at participating schools;
- Promote the principles of good sportsmanship.
